▶ How does this work?
Upload a PDF, review the extracted transactions and download Excel or CSV. An AI service may help process unfamiliar layouts or scanned pages. Results require review and some formats cannot be converted reliably.
▶ Which banks are supported?
We support many bank statement layouts and can attempt unfamiliar formats. Results depend on the PDF quality and layout. Try a statement with the free allowance and review the output before relying on it.
▶ Is my data secure?
Connections use HTTPS. Private guest sessions or your account control access to outputs. Passwords are hashed. Statement content is used to perform your conversion; AI processing is explained in our privacy policy.
▶ Do you store my bank statements?
Uploaded PDFs are not archived. Scanned PDFs may use temporary files during text recognition, which are removed afterward. Generated spreadsheets are available for 24 hours and removed by the next hourly cleanup. Conversion history retains filenames, timestamps and transaction counts.
▶ Can I use this without an account?
Yes. Guests can convert up to 2 pages per day without registering. Create a free account for 5 pages per day, or subscribe for higher limits.
▶ What if the conversion has errors?
Review the output against the original statement. You can correct extracted transactions before downloading or report an issue. Failed conversions do not use your page allowance.
▶ How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the [BILLING] button in the top bar to open the billing panel, where you can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
