01 / For bookkeepers

The client sends a PDF. You need working rows.

When statement data arrives as a document, the first task is getting it into a usable form. StatementFlip extracts transactions so you can focus on checking the source, assigning categories and preparing your records.

A statement you can actually work with.

Explore the same example as a spreadsheet or CSV. The numbers are fictional; your own results depend on the source PDF and should be checked.

03 / Your workflow

A better starting point for your work.

01

Prepare each client separately

Process the correct statement for each account. Keep client files separate in your own storage and label exports before importing them into your records.

02

Retain a human review step

Check opening and closing balances, dates and transaction counts. Extraction supports your preparation; it does not replace professional judgment.

03

Hand off a familiar file

Download Excel for further work or CSV for a mapped import. Classification, invoice matching and posting remain in your own bookkeeping tools.

04 / How it works

From document to working data.

A few useful answers.

Does StatementFlip categorize or book transactions?

It extracts statement transactions and exports them. It does not provide automatic bookkeeping, tax classification or a direct connection to your ledger.

Can I process several client PDFs?

The web converter supports selecting up to 20 PDFs at once, with a 50 MB limit per file. Your page allowance still applies, and each result should be reviewed separately.

Which banks are supported?

We support many bank statement layouts and can attempt unfamiliar formats. Results depend on the PDF quality and layout. Try a statement with the free allowance and review the output before relying on it.

Give your next statement a fresh start.

Try a small PDF first. Review the result. Then decide whether StatementFlip fits your work.
