01 / Multiple PDFs

From a folder full of PDFs to an orderly review.

When several statements need attention, repeated file selection becomes another chore. Choose a batch, follow the individual results and download the exports you have checked.

Source → review → export

02 / Explore the example

A statement you can actually work with.

Explore the same example as a spreadsheet or CSV. The numbers are fictional; your own results depend on the source PDF and should be checked.

03 / Your workflow

A better starting point for your work.

01

Select the right group

Add up to 20 PDF files, each no larger than 50 MB. Your available page allowance applies across the work; selecting more files does not increase it.

02

Follow each file

The batch view shows individual processing results. Check unsuccessful items separately instead of assuming that every selected statement converted.

03

Keep the outputs separate

Review each result before downloading it. If you need one workbook, combine the checked exports yourself and preserve account and period labels.

04 / How it works

From document to working data.

  2. 2

    Review the transactions

Check dates, descriptions and amounts against the original. Correct the editable preview where needed.

  3. 3

Before you use the export

  • Check your remaining page allowance before starting a batch.
  • Use clear filenames for each account and period.

A few useful answers.

Will the PDFs be merged into one spreadsheet?

No. Batch selection processes separate statements and provides separate results. You can combine the reviewed exports later in your own spreadsheet.

Should I keep the browser tab open?

Yes. Keep the conversion page open while the batch is being processed. Wait for each result and download the files you need before the retention period expires.

Which banks are supported?

We support many bank statement layouts and can attempt unfamiliar formats. Results depend on the PDF quality and layout. Try a statement with the free allowance and review the output before relying on it.

Give your next statement a fresh start.

Try a small PDF first. Review the result. Then decide whether StatementFlip fits your work.
