01 / PDF to Excel

Your PDF was made to read. Your spreadsheet is made to work.

A bank statement preserves the record of an account. Excel gives you a place to sort, filter and calculate. StatementFlip helps you move from one to the other, with a review step before you rely on the data.

02 / Explore the example

A statement you can actually work with.

Explore the same example as a spreadsheet or CSV. The numbers are fictional; your own results depend on the source PDF and should be checked.

A better starting point for your work.

01

Rows, ready for review

Bring dates, descriptions, amounts and available balances into a structured export. Check any missing or ambiguous fields against the source.

02

Keep your own spreadsheet workflow

Open the XLSX file in Excel or another compatible spreadsheet application. Add your own categories, formulas and reporting after download.

03

Fix before you export

Use the transaction preview to correct extracted values. Download the revised file once you have compared it with the original statement.

A few useful answers.

Is this an Excel add-in?

No. StatementFlip runs in your browser and creates an XLSX file. You can then open that file in Excel or a compatible spreadsheet application.

Will the spreadsheet look exactly like my PDF?

The export prioritizes structured transaction data rather than reproducing the PDF layout. Available fields and extraction quality depend on the statement.

Which banks are supported?

We support many bank statement layouts and can attempt unfamiliar formats. Results depend on the PDF quality and layout. Try a statement with the free allowance and review the output before relying on it.

Give your next statement a fresh start.

Try a small PDF first. Review the result. Then decide whether StatementFlip fits your work.
