01 / For small businesses

A useful cash view starts with usable transactions.

A PDF shows what happened. A reviewed spreadsheet helps you explore it. Export the transactions, then use your own formulas and categories to understand changes in business cash.

03 / Your workflow

A better starting point for your work.

01

Start with the statement period

Check the account and reporting dates before uploading. Keep each currency separate when building a business cash overview.

02

Add context in your spreadsheet

After export, label supplier payments, customer receipts and recurring costs in your own workbook. StatementFlip extracts data; you decide what it means.

03

Share reviewed information

Prepare a checked file for your bookkeeper or business partner. Save the original statement alongside your working spreadsheet in your own storage.

04 / How it works

Before you use the export

  • Verify that the date range covers the period you need.
  • Separate bank transfers from operating income in your own analysis.
  • Do not treat bank transactions alone as a profit calculation.

A few useful answers.

Does this create a cash-flow forecast?

No. StatementFlip prepares historical statement data. You can use the reviewed export in your own spreadsheet to build cash summaries or forecasts.

Do I need to connect my bank account?

No bank login is required for PDF conversion. Upload a statement you already have; the service works from the document you provide.

Which banks are supported?

We support many bank statement layouts and can attempt unfamiliar formats. Results depend on the PDF quality and layout. Try a statement with the free allowance and review the output before relying on it.
