01 / For freelancers

Keep your attention for the work you do best.

Invoices, receipts and bank statements each tell part of the story. StatementFlip helps make the statement part usable in a spreadsheet, ready for your own review and organization.

03 / Your workflow

A better starting point for your work.

01

Find your client payments

Export transactions, then compare receipts with your invoices in your own workbook. A statement description is a starting point, not proof that an invoice is fully settled.

02

Build your own expense view

Add your own categories after export and match transactions to receipts. Keep business and personal spending separate in your records.

03

Prepare for your accountant

Share a reviewed spreadsheet and the supporting documents through your chosen secure channel. StatementFlip does not send files to your accountant.

04 / How it works

From document to working data.

Try your own PDF ↗
  1. 1

    Upload your PDF

Choose your original bank statement. Text PDFs and scanned PDFs are supported; results depend on the document.

  2. 2

    Review the transactions

Check dates, descriptions and amounts against the original. Correct the editable preview where needed.

  3. 3

    Download and get to work

Export Excel or CSV and use the reviewed data in your own workflow.

For freelancers

Before you use the export

  • Keep invoices and receipts as supporting documents.
  • Check fees, refunds and partial payments separately.
  • Ask your accountant about expense eligibility.

A few useful answers.

Will it prepare my tax return?

No. It converts statement transactions into working data. Tax treatment, deductions and filing remain your responsibility or your accountant’s.

Can I try it for an occasional statement?

Yes. Guests can try 2 pages per day, and a free account allows 5 pages per day. Larger workloads can use a paid subscription.

Which banks are supported?

We support many bank statement layouts and can attempt unfamiliar formats. Results depend on the PDF quality and layout. Try a statement with the free allowance and review the output before relying on it.

Give your next statement a fresh start.

Try a small PDF first. Review the result. Then decide whether StatementFlip fits your work.
