2. What Data We Collect

$ Account data: email address, hashed password (if registered), Google account ID (if using Google sign-in).
$ Usage data: page counts, conversion history (file names, timestamps, transaction counts).
$ IP address: used to track guest usage limits and associate conversions.
$ Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
$ Uploaded files: PDF bank statements are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently.

3. How We Use Your Data

4. File Security

Uploaded PDF files are processed on our servers using encrypted connections (HTTPS). Files are temporarily stored only during the conversion process and are automatically deleted afterward. We do not read, share, or analyze the financial content of your bank statements for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.

5. AI Processing

When no existing converter is available for your bank statement format, our system uses an AI model (via OpenRouter) to generate a converter. The text content of your PDF may be sent to this external AI service for this one-time purpose. The AI provider does not store your data beyond the processing request.

7. Data Retention
